Weekly Planning

As a mompreneur , I need to plan things in advance. I do this by organizing my week with all the kids activities and appointments along with my own tasks. I am a visual person so I need to see things written out. I usually write the kids in one color and my own things in another color. So here is a file I created that you can use to plan out your week and it also includes one page to track your self-care. It is a pdf file so you are able to print it out  or upload it to an app for digital use.
